With over 50 combined years in San Luis Obispo, we waited for the perfect parcel to plant a vineyard of Dijon varietals, combining David’s deep knowledge and appreciation for Old World viticulture from his European family with Lisa’s understanding of biology and the local ecology. Together we have built our vineyard operation around a deep regard for the land, and a dedication to producing the finest wine on the central coast. Our ideal location in the heart of Edna Valley provides the ultimate microclimate for growing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, and we follow every single vine we have planted intimately. We pay meticulous attention to the smallest detail to ensure that our fruit is exceptional. Minimal intervention with natural techniques, such as hand hoeing and compost teas, preserves our commitment to Old World methods and a sustainable approach. We cherish our connection to the land and our local community, and hope we can share it with you.
